    I'm thinking create .scr (screen saver file) or .gif (animated) I have used both of these successfully for a changing information display. I use Irfanview to make the .scr files from numerous image files. Best of luck.

    Imagine that! M$ wanting you to buy another license. lol. You have a license. You just need the installation software. As was suggested by others. See if you can get your computer's manufacturer to send you the x64 installation DVD.

    I presume that at some point in the not too distant past it was recognized? If so, try doing a System Restore. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
