You are wonderful. I am back online and in business. I can't begin to thank you enough for your patience and help. I have one final (I hope) problem. My Screen Resolution is huge and makes it hard to see the whole screen. i tried right clicking and settings, but it won't let me...
Thank you for all your help but I have one more question. I'm on my laptop. I can't get online on my desktop, how do I download these files if I can't get online on the problem computer. Can I put them on a disk? Thanks again.
I think I may have stumbled upon the problem. My computer does not recognize my modem and tells' me to use disk which I don't have. After the reinstall I guess it's not there. What can I do if the modem is not recognized.
I reinstalled ATT from the disk that came with my service. I'm connnected on my other computer but it doesn't seem to recognize this new reinstall. How do I do that? It always says no connection available.
Yes, its up and running, but now my ATT won't recognize the computer and reaching ATT service is days long. Any ideas whats up with that? I really appreciate all the help from this board, I don't have the income to take this machine in and have the work done so this really helps.
I got stuck doing a clean instal. It got stuck in Safe Mode and wouldn't finish. Thanks to some great people on this site and after about thrity tries, itfinally jumped over and finished. Again, thank you everyone.
I tried the R recovery. It wouldn't boot up. Am I doing it wrong? I strike the R key doesit have to be capital R? Should I press something else as well. Strike it once or continue to strike? Help......
