I would like to upgrade the processor in my father-in-laws desktop PC. I know he has an eMachines W3609 that he upgraded from a Celeron D to a Pentium 4. But i don;t know what P4 is in it. I would like to get a good idea, as this would be a fathers day gift. I already have ram in the cart...
System Restore does not touch personal files. It rolls your windows systems files back to a previous date.

Have you replaced the fan with HPs replacement part number? Typically these factory built PCs use fans that spin @ a different speed than Commercial off the shelf parts.
That fan sensor has a specific speed it want to read from the fan. It has low tolerances for other fans.
You might need to purchase a power supply. Not all Dell monitors that this will physically attach too will provide the DC out. Usually the dell LCDs of the same style that had a built-in USB hub had that connector for your sound bar.
