I have recently got a refurbished hp pavilion H4a32aa#aba when I got everything plugged in, nothing displays on the screen. The computer powers on but no bios screen or Windows screen. No signal at all to monitor. Please help. I have tried:
Ram placement
Cmos battery
Clearing bios jumper
You appear to have a HP Pavilion p7-1436s Desktop PC.
It appears it originally came with Windows 8 64-bit.
It appears to have an AMD A6-5400K 3.60 GHz dual-core processor and AMD Radeon HD 7540D integrated graphics.
Is all that information correct?
Where and how did you obtain that refurbished desktop?
Assuming it's not a private person purchase, can you provide a webpage link to the business you bought it from?

You say that desktop powers on, but nothing appears on the monitor screen?
Can you tell or hear if the Windows operating system is loading?
Is the monitor displaying a blue/green or a yellow/orange power light?
No there is no beeps when it starts up just the fans starts to spin. And the panel blue light in front of computer turns on. The monitor is on and says no signal
I assumed from what you previously said that the monitor screen was completely blank.
If a "no signal" message is appearing on the monitor screen before it goes blank, there may be an issue between the monitor and the computer's graphics device.
Do you have a spare monitor that you can connect that computer to to see if it does the same thing?
Do you have another computer that you can connect that monitor to to see if it does the same thing?
That computer appears to have VGA and DVI ports for connecting a monitor to it.
Which one of those 2 monitor ports are you using?
You're saying that BOTH monitors show a "no signal" message when connected to the computer's blue VGA port?
If that's the case, buy a DVI-To-VGA adapter and then use the computer's white DVI port instead of the blue VGA port.
If that doesn't help, you have 2 other choices:
1. Buy a graphics card and hope that helps.
2. Return the computer to Amazon and hope you can get your money back.
When it comes to refurbished desktops, I've had very good luck buying them from www.newegg.com
I've bought several Dell OptiPlex models during the past 4 - 5 years and have never had to return any of them.
