Hi everyone im new to this. I have a kindle fire 1st generation b that boots up to the logo and just loops from there. I have let it sit and charge for hours. But when i unplug the charger it turns off. It worked fine before please help
If this unit was new in 2011, it might be that the battery will no longer hold a charge. As soon as you unplug the charger, it turns off, seems to indicate the battery is not charging.
Boot loops on Kindle's can occur, again from reading, when the device tries to get a firmware update but there is insufficient battery power.
The battery in my original Kindle Fire died suddenly and completely a year or so ago. Wouldn't even acknowledge power plugged in and did not charge at all. I replaced it with a battery from NewPower99.
When i connect my kindld to my pc it dosent recognize
