That Intel motherboard has a PCI Express x16 Gen 2.0 slot for adding a graphic card(GPU).
It also has 4 DIMM slots and supports up to 16 GB of DDR3-1333 RAM.
That AMD Radeon graphic card is a Gen 3.0 model, but it should be backwards-compatible with a Gen 2.0 slot.
You didn't describe the Intel processor(CPU) and the amount of RAM and the power supply unit(PSU) your computer has.
You also didn't advise what the primary use of your computer will be for.
That card uses a uefi bios so it may or may not work with that old of a motherboard. It really is hit and miss; the nvidia 10xx cards have the same issue however nvidia cards seem to work more often. It comes down to the individual card mfg. Remember AMD or Nvidia does not mfg the card; they make the processor and chipset for the card. The video card is mfg by XFX, EVGA, Asus, etc, etc.
IF the mfg put in a legacy switch, then the card should be ok however if it was not part of the card, then it may not work. You have the best chance of having this work by updating to the latest bios for your motherboard. No guarantees however that would give you the best chance.
