When Windows 10 upgraded from "Anniversary Update"(July 2016) to "Creators Update"(April 2017), its built-in antivirus app was improved and renamed Windows Defender Antivirus.
Windows 10 tends to have issues in some computers when using a third-party antivirus app, so it's recommended to stick with its built-in antivirus app.
Hello, If you want a third party AV,then I would recommend Bitdefender or Kaspersky
