hi guys

my computer infos:

My pc with windows 7 freezes randomly , i check everything about drivers and system it 's seems works correctly
i'm realy stuck i can't find solution for this issue
i uploded files of my computer please help me

Hi, many of the log files are in French but that said, they are not showing us much useful information.
When does the pc start freezing - at start up - playing games, etc?
You could run a hard drive test.

Download the ISO file then burn to a DVD
Start the Pc using the DVD and run the memory test overnight or for at least 8 passes.
It is best to run a full scan on individual Ram sticks if you can.
Or run the test but if any errors are shown - then remove all sticks of Ram - test each Ram stick one at a time and test them in different slots.

Download Security Check by screen317 from.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/securitycheck/
Save it to your Desktop.
Double click the install icon.
If using Vista - Win 7 - right click the install icon and select "Run as Administrator"
A command Prompt window will open.
Let it scan the Pc - press any key when asked.
It should now open in Notepad.
Copy and Paste the result of the scan in the reply box below.

The saved log will be called checkup.txt.

hi, thanks a lot for helping me realy i appreciate

i did all the checking that you advise me to do with seatools for dos,no overheating, memtest correct no problem, and the securitycheck i upload it

the freezes randomly in all task like explore windows, openning chrome,even when i play videos HD it's freeze

i reinstall win7 to make sure that the system fine ,i did sfc/scannow there 's no harm in it

i'm suspecious about the chipset, i don't know how to mantain or correct the problem

please help me, best regards

Why do you suspect the chipset?
For how long did you run the memtest?
It needs to be for at least 8 passes or overnight.

Post the following log file.
Click Start > in the Search box > Type cmd
Right click on cmd.exe [at the top] - Right click on Run as administrator.
Type [copy and paste]
tasklist/svc
Press Enter - let it load processes.
Then click on C:\ at the top left of the command prompt window.
Edit - select all - edit - copy.
Paste the list in your next reply.

i suspect chipset all video freeze on playing!!
the memetest took me about hours i guess , no problem mention

Make sure that you run a full MenTest

Check Option Two
Start Menu > Search box > Type > cmd
Click on Run as administrator.

hi i ran full Memtest86+ 8 passes , no errors found, so ram is ok
chekdsk is ok no problem
drivers is ok
system win 7 ok
i can't see where's the problem of that freeze randomly ???

yes hard drive test show no errors at all

win7 updated

i notice someting may be it will be helpfull to find out the reason of freeze

there's tips to improve streaming play in you tube ;--disk-cache-dir=''C:\ChromeCache'' --disk-cache-size=1073741824

so when i did it there's no freeze in streaming video

but there's freeze in explore win or playing hd videos !!!!

Download MalwareBytes to your desktop.
Download the Free version.
https://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_3/
Once downloaded to your desktop.
Close all open browser windows.
Click on the Install icon - allow it to update during the install process.
Now click - Scan button > Select Threat Scan.
When the scan is finished, make sure to select and remove Everything in the list.
You may be prompted to restart to finish the removal process.
If Yes - restart your Pc.
Click on Report > Tick the latest log file > Export > Save as a text file.
The text file will be on your desktop > post the text file below.

I had some freezing issues with mine a couple of years ago and my solution was I went back to the video drivers that came from my card vendor (HIS) and that corrected my problem. The latest AMD drivers aren't always the best.
The motherboard number suggests it is a HP Pro 3120 Minitower PC, Is this correct?

yes i tried opera as you told me ; it's freeze

chrome not freeze when idid this tips;--disk-cache-dir=''C:\ChromeCache'' --disk-cache-size=1073741824

but task win load slowly

i made also readyboots ro speed up system but still freeze randomly!!!!
i will continue to use this forum we found solution ,it's okey for me

Click on Download Now @Bleeping Computer
Download to your desktop.
Double Click on the Mini Toolbox icon.
Put a Tick in
List Last 10 Event Viewer Errors
Leave the Tick in Only Problems - under List Devices
Click Go and let it scan your Pc.
It will then open in Notepad - copy and paste the log file here.
Please post the log file in English

You say that all drivers are up to date - Check Device Manager.
Start > Search > Type [copy and paste]
devmgmt.msc
Expand all entries. Check for any exclamation marks.

System File Checker - did you run it at least twice, to check for damaged/missing files?

Ccleaner - do not use the registry cleaner in Ccleaner.
Registry cleaners can cause more problems than they solve.

What do you have connected to your pc?
As a test disconnect all USB connections and just have the monitor and keyboard, mouse connected.

i made flash disk as readyboots to improve the reply of system with less freeze

as a test i disconnected all usb connections as you told me , the result is more freeze without that readyboots i made

for system i will repeat it after i finish with program called hp pc hardware diagnostics windows 1.5.2.0 i download it from hp site to help find out where's the problem come from????

by the way ,i did snapshot to performance view event you can see it!!!

You are running out of options here.
Did you run the MemTest on individual ram sticks?
It may pass the test with all sticks installed but one may be failing. Test all sticks individually.
Or run the pc with one stick of ram - then alternate and run the other sticks of ram one at a time.

I am just going to jump in here real quick as i have been monitoring this thread.

You said you reinstalled windows.
How did you do it? Did you do a complete factory reset ? (resetting it back to the way when you first purchased it)?
Or did you just revert back to an earlier date and time?
Did you use the built in factory reset or a disk?

If you did a complete factory reset,how did it act BEFORE you installed anything? (directly after the reset) and ( Before you updated,installed any software,drivers or connected to the internet..etc ) ?

If the freezing persisted directly after you did a factory reset without installing or updating anything,then it is my guess that it would be a hardware problem.

If however,it was fine until you started updating/installing software,drivers etc... then i would suspect a driver,software or an update issue.

did you see hardware test i made all passed in diagnostics

i made format i installed win 7 after and it at begin and after , there's s something related with graphic display!!!! the drivers updated with windows update , plus manager panel all device work normaly
despite that freezes randomly!!!!!
