Im using windows 10 and in my network and sharing section.Where it says network infrastructure!I see my modem which is from tecnicolor but there is also a router (d-link 619L)that I know nothing about.I have reason to believe its spying on my my network. Can this be possible?

Lets see a screen shot of the network map. See here for how to do it :https://forums.techguy.org/help/screenshot/

Showing your internal ip addresses will not compromise your security. Your PC's are behind a NAT router, which is blocking external access to them. 192.168.x.x is a private internal ip address range and is not routable thru the intenet. And almost everybody uses the same ip range.
