First of all I want to thank you all for the generosity you all bring to this forum and make such hugely collaborative solutions possible. With that said, I am attaching all important data that I found in an article is required to analyze a BSOD error, and I'm willing to share any other information you may need. Please find the attachment that contains:
--> Dump files
--> System information
--> Speccy files
This problem has been bugging me for ages now and it's time I do something about it. Some real practical help will be sincerely appreciated.
1. On one of your dump files
012319-30375-01
0 bytes
there is no data the file is empty
2. That said the first two dump files do not really provide any definite cause.
HOWEVER I notice that the only successful update are Windows Defender definition updates and the Malicious Software removal tool update
ALL Windows updates have failed for sometime.
3. You have installed Windows 10 Education
Windows 10 Education 64-bit
Is this OS activated and correctly in use on this computer please.
4. I suggest first that you start with a system file check
Cmd prompt with admin rights and type
sfc /scannow
If it reports errors could not be fixed REBOOT and run it twice more rebooting after each run.
I do not need the file, generated, simply post the results please.
5. Further examination suggests you need to run a check on ram
You have 4 ram slots
3 are occupied
2 have 4GB sticks in
1 has an 8GB stick
Type DDR3
Size 8192 MBytes
Manufacturer Micron Technology
Max Bandwidth PC3-12800 (800 MHz)
Part Number 16JTF1G64AZ-1G6E1
Serial Number 233452613
I suggest you try taking out the 8GB stick and see if you still get crashes
If so run with the 8GB in slot one taking out the two four GB sticks
Depending on results try each of the 4GB separately
If that does not show anything when you post back we will see where we are going next.
Please confirm as I said that your use of the 10 Education version is still authorised and the OS still activated

Hello mate!
Thanks a lot for your response. Firstly for the windows part, it's a ghost windows as only professionals in Pakistan go for the original windows and they don't come with the PC's and laptops we buy, same was the case with me, the shop owner just downloads the windows for us. I do have the larger dump file if you need that for more analysis? Other than that, I am going to try the ram thing for a couple days and report back about that. As for the verification scan that's on-going, posting its results in a few minutes.
You have admitted having a pirated copy of windows. We will not assist with this

Copyright Infringement and/or Use of Pirated Software (show less)
While we believe it's reasonable to make backup copies of CDs and DVDs that you own, a lot of people break copy protection for the wrong reasons. The law is still vague as to whether or not it's legal to break copy protection in order to make such a backup, even for personal use. (The DMCA, for example, seems to make it illegal). Because we do not support pirated software, we may request that you provide validation to confirm that your copy of Windows or other software is not pirated. If you are unable or unwilling to provide this validation, your thread may be closed.
