Desktop icons dis-arrange upon usage of Remote Desktop

Hi;

I have Windows10 in my Laptop. I have a problem that whenever someone connects with my system via Remote Desktop, after that, the Desktop Icons dis-arrange i.e all the icons mixes with each other. Kindly guide how do i stop this.
