My Interent suddenly became ridiculously bad. Like from 1GBPS, it wouldn't even download at the speed of 1mb/s, this happened after I started downloading softwares or started playing CTF(Hacking CTF's), I have tested my Ethernet cable on other devices and clearly it's not an Ethernet cable or my ISP's fault. My Desktop however, feels like it has it's packet controlled or something like that. The Interent is ridiculously slow. It takes me about 3 seconds to load a google search. And I can no longer test how fast my Internet speed is on Ookla. And sometimes Interent doesn't even come in anymore. I've got no idea what's up. I know it's my computer's fault. There has to be some software that I installed or something and I can't seem to find it. I also don't really know what's the exact cause. Please help.

What software have you downloaded and from where. Seems like a malware problem. Try Hitman Pro Alert ( free trial ) , I believe it has 3 malware detection engines and has a good reputation. Some so called exploits are not what they seem and hack the hacker.
Didn't know you had TotalAV. 3rd party AV have problems keeping up with the semi-annual upgrades of Win 10 and as a result have strange compatibility problems. Remove TotalAV and test.
The log reported encrypted files with uncommon extension. One says it starts when Windows loads. Doesn't sound good. I would trust what it found and buy their product. Never heard of TotalAV, plus it doesn't register itself with Windows 10, as our SysInfo didn't list it. Is it a trusted product with good reputation in your country? I ask because malware tend to be local and you had various language cookies
I really can't afford it. If not I would have sent my computer to a repair shop. I tried to take all the budget ways. Ermmmm, I did try to install over 17 free antiviruses though and it seemed to be fixed. But I'm not too sure that it would stay constant. And it feels like it takes my Internet some time for the packet to actually enter. And albeit my 1GBPS, I only get 600MBPS on Interent tests. It still worries me honestly. Anyways, if you have no other solutions I still really appreciate all your time and effort into looking into my case. Thank you.
That might be part of the problem. Antiviruses are notorious for not cleaning up after themselves when you use add/remove programs.
You probably have bits and pieces of all those programs fighting with each other.

As in I did this just, when I had this issue. It seemed to fix it. I did uninstall everything already though. I think this thread can be closed for now. Installing a lot of different AntiViruses -have seemed to solve the problems. So that's great. Thanks for the help guys. Appreciate it.
My way for removing infections is to reformat and re-install Windows. a) Deleting the partitions gives you a clean start. b) You get a clean new version of the latest version of Windows .Removes the uncertainty of relying on AV signature based detection and a complete removal. Takes 15 mins to reload Windows onto a SSD. Then you just reinstall your applications, which I have few. So this works for me.
