Hello TSG,

Lately, I have been having issues with my computer freezing. Sometimes it can be an hour since my last restart, or I can go all day, but then the next morning I would wake up with it frozen again. I'm usually still able to move the cursor around, switch between applications and close some applications down, but when I click around on those applications, nothing works. For example, When I have the Chrome browser up, I would be able to click between tabs, but it wouldn't let me do anything else, like click on links or go back to the previous page. I am also forced to use the physical restart or power buttons to restart the computer. I can't do it from the Start menu. I hope this is enough info for you to look into this issue, but please let me know if you need more info from me. As always, your help is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
