my 10 year old 23" Dell ST2310 Digital monitor, needs be replaced. It still works, but I find at the end of the day of use, my eyes are burning. Not sure if my age, or the monitor!

I take regular small breaks away from looking at the screens but it doesn't seem to help. I use ACAD 2017 and Revit 2020. I don't really have that much $$ so to change I have considered the following from Dell:
The one for $129 is appealing... But would be that noticeable between a monitor that is $100 bucks more?

has anyone experience working with a lower end 24" or does everyone have 'fab' 24"+ monitors? Btw, I don't game at all.

I actually have two monitors the above older ST2310 by Dell.
The second a ViewSonic VA703b about 11
Years old 17" LCD.

The contrast / brightness etc appears crisper on the LCD display of the ViewSonic. A bit dingy on the Dell.
If the ViewSonic screen was bigger I'd use it as my main screen
