I bought new PC few days ago and after starting first game i found out that when it gets to 60ºC which is most of the time the fans on GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060) are really loud, sounds like vacuum cleaner. It's unbearable, any ideas how to fix that? please.

That's normal. Gaming stresses the hardware, which creates heat, which causes the fans to run at full speed.

Lower room temp will help. Depending on the case type, you could add more case fans to ensure more fresh air circulates. Aside from that, you would need to upgrade/replace the stock cooling on the GPU or switch to liquid cooling on the GPU (both of which will likely void the warranty).
