Bluetooth not pairing

Lost wireless headphone pairing after recent Window 10 update. Wired headphones work fine but cannot access wireless headphones

According to Dell, your machine is a Dell Inspiron 580 which was built in 2010. This machine only has Windows 7 drivers, and worse still, Dell has only a few drivers which none are Bluetooth drivers.

Please check Device Manager and see if there are any entries with an X or yellow warning icons.
