hey guys i really need help on this one i wanna do streaming with the elgato but the usb 3.0 is not working i hav checked the device manager but the device manager isnt showing the 3.0 usb hub in usniversal series bus controller.I hav checked the pc n it shows the 3.0 wire is connected to my pc. My motherboard is of asus n i m using windows 10 pro op system.

Almost all motherboard mfg have usb3 drivers to install when you install the operating system. The usb3 drivers are somewhat [generic] as to the mfg ie asmedia usb3 driver is pretty much the same for a gigabyte, asrock, etc board. Sometimes the board mfg will write hardware check into the driver to check for a specific motherboard.
Once you find out what board you have, it becomes easier to point you at the correct driver.
Unless you installed a usb3 card, you do not have usb3.
