Had Linux Mint 19.3 on a Lenovo T420. Stopped accepting pwd, so I attempted reinstall. This generated the error:
Attempted to reformat and add a partition using gparted. This prompted 'Libparted error' and the message in the attached screenshot.
I attach two other files. One is a report saved during one of the failed installs and the other is a boot repair failure report.
The drive in the device is a fairly new Transcend SSD. The same things happen using other SSDs which I've tested on other devices and which work fine.
Any comments or recommendations welcome. Many thanks.
It boots from the USB but attempting to open that drive from the live desktop, or the SSD generates 'Unable to mount location.'
