Hi,
I enjoy both commenting and reading the comments on Fox News and Aol.
Just this week, when I try to read the comments, I get the Access Denied message something about a XML file.
Please advise me.
Thanks.

You have this Dell Inspiron 17 N7010 laptop.
It was purchased on November 15, 2010 in the U.S. and came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Windows 10 Home Version 1909 Build 18363 64-bit was installed in it on April 6, 2020.

Which browser are you using and having difficulty with accessing Fox News and AOL?

Internet Explorer 11.0.180 and Mozilla Firefox 75.0 are the browsers that I use, so I'm not familiar with the Google Chrome 81.0.4044.92 browser.

I don't have any problem with getting the Fox News and AOL News sites to load with either of my browsers.

Internet Explorer is part of Windows 10, so you will be able to try it out as soon as you load it.

Mozilla Firefox is a third-party browser, so you will need to download and save and install it before you can try it out.
