Working from home, I've discovered that my Corei7, 10th generation Lennox PC is having some trouble with the Citrix remote desktop. I can get logged in, but it is super slow, and sometimes 'freezes' if I have more than one application open for too long (outlook, adobe, Webex, excel, etc)...

I downloaded Citrix receiver so I can access my work desktop from my laptop and work from home.
However, I cannot move pass 'launch .ica.' , nothing seems to be happening.
Any advise would be hugely appreciated.
Problem since last two to three days
MBP early 2015
MacOS Sierra 10.12.5
Citrix Receiver 12.6
Have tried resetting safari completely
Un and re installing Receiver
Works with Chrome and also with guest account safari on same Mac
