So recently I have noticed some insane ping spikes to the router spiking every 5 seconds upwards to 2500ms.
Im not to savvy with networking but believe this is as a result of the it continuously trying to search for other wifi networks. I can temporarily fix this by using the CMD command...

There does not seem to be any CPU spikes in Task Manager's graph.
There does not seem to be any Network Usage spikes in NetBalancer's graph.
I have an unusual problem involving my PC's connection to my WiFi, starting from about a week ago. whilst pinging my router, I will receive several normal 1ms pings (9 or 10 pings of this) and then one 1.9k-3kms ping. I am using windows 10.
