Since about a month ago, each time I open my laptop (see specs below) has posted the following message on the desktop: "The procedure entry point [email protected]@[email protected][email protected] could not be located in the dynamic link library hpqtscmn.dll."
I have used my avast! antivirus program to run a detailed scan of my hard drive; it returns a clear report. A search of my computer for hpqtscmn.dll yields nothing. Any solution?
