1” by 1” square of colorful pixels???

    I was simply logging into my laptop and the screen was completely clear! Suddenly a 1” square of white appears, starts acting like static, then stops and remains a square of random colored dots. What do I do?!?

    Update the graphics driver and see.

    If that doesn't work, then it sounds like a damaged block of pixels, replace the screen.
