I just replaced my motherboard with 361BS KLE133 Socket A Motherboard w/ Video & Sound. I installed it to the best of my knowledge and now when I turn it on there is an immediate long beep then it powers off. It sounds like the power supply fan and the processor fan spin up momentarily.
    Can anyone help?

It may be that one of the standoffs is shorting to ground. Try the motherboard out of the computer by laying it on a piece of cardboard to keep it from shorting out. If it boots that way then you know one off the standoffs is in the wrong place.

Try reseating the memory first though. You may have to put some extra pressure on it so try to support the board under the memory slot.

Refer to the manual of your Mother Board. Different types of beeps have different meanings. So the kind of beep you get will fall into some of the description give in there and you will be able to find out the real culprit.
