1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps

    i turn my computer on and get 1 long beep and then 2 short beeps, no images are even displayed on the monitor, it just beeps over and over. what is this?

    Mine did the same a few days ago because of RAM I had just installed. Went back to normal when I took out new RAM.

    ths beep code thing goes by the bios your mb uses

    just try pull out the ram and put it back in and seem if it works, or try by pulling the video card out and putting it back in.
