    Hi all

Have recently upgraded Windows 2000 Pro to Windows XP Pro and have a couple of quick questions

    1) Is there any way to change the text on the start button from 'start' to something else?

    2) I no longer have the ability to choose standby since upgrading to Windows XP (the option is dimmed on the turn off computer screen that pops up. When I was running W2K standby was an available option.

    Any ideas ... ?

    Many thanks

    Adelaide, South Australia :)
