Thanks Chuck! I appreciate it. While I have my masters license here in Texas (Reciprocates to most of US) most other countries are completely different with different customs and voltages.That is a NEMA 6-20R outlet for use in North America.
The OP, conrail, has previously said they are in the United Kingdom (UK). The UK uses totally different electrical standards and outlets than what is used in North America. One of the UK requirements is that each outlet have its own on-off switch built into the outlet.
A basic 2-gang outlet in the UK looks like this:
