Hi... I am having two differenet ISPs internet connections, say A and B, in my one PC (using windows xp pro SP1). I want that some of my applications use one Internet connection A and some others use other internet connection say B. How can I define it. Any software to help on this ? or any way ?

Do some applications connect to a different destination?

You can handle this with a static route on the host.

(i.e. LIbrary App, connections to subscription - route add x.x.x.x y.y.y.y via gateway z.z.z.z -p)

Otherwise you're looking at doing policy-based routing on source/destination pairs. :(
