Everytime I close Internet Explorer, I get this message saying: The instructions at "0x7e1f9af3" referenced memory at "0x7dc48950". The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program.

The second problem is that everytime I shut down my laptop, I get a message titles IEShAz+(then a whole bunch of numbers) and then it asks me to end it now, but it usually justs cancels before I can press end now, I've pressed end now, but it still happens when I shut down Windows.

Do you have any 3 party add-ons like Google Toolbar? If you do, disable or uninstall them and see if that works.

The IEShAz issue points to AIM--are you running the newest version?

You might uninstall AIM--if that clears the issue, try going back to an older-more stable version.
