    Hi everyone,

I'm running Windows 98 with 128 Mb of ram (not sure if you need more info than that...)

I've been trying to install a USB Canon MP 390 Multifunction printer for about three days (not 3 days straight but close..ha ha... ). It keeps freezing my computer and when I hit CTR-ALT-DEL to see what's happening, I usually get stimon.exe not responding. I tried taking stimon.exe off the start up menu just to see what would happen and the computer repeated its performance only this time NProtect was Not Responding.

Today, I've taken a closer look in my system info. It says that
Unidriver (UNIDRV.DLL) and Gendrv (GENDRV.DLL) are not installed. Do I need to install these to make my printer run and if so, can I get them off the installation disc?

My other question involves PCI RAID. At one time I had two hard drives on my computer. Now I only have one. I still have PCI RAID CONTROLLER installed, but it's marked with a yellow question mark and an exclamation mark and is without a driver. Should I install the driver? Will that improve the random appearance of the blue screen of death???

    Thanks for any assistance.
