2 week old notebook computer won't boot up!

Okay,
I'll tell you what I know (which isn't much!) Yesterday our notebook computer was working fine. We have had it for only 2 weeks! Today when we tried to turn it on nothing happened! The screen remained blank. There are two lights on the computer that were flashing it looked like at square with an "a" in it and the second one had the "down arrow" After about 10-15 seconds of doing that, everything just quits! If you need more information please let me know, and I will try and give it to you!

The notebook is a Dell Inspiron E1405

******send it back to dell********* if it is having probs after 2 weeks.........imagine after a year!!!

your still under warranty - - - so send back and get a new one. from my experience, dell has fairly good customer service. good luck!
