3 separate blue screens which may be related?

Hi. for about two weeks now i have been running my computer in safe mode now. on reboot i get a blue screen with one of the following messages

kmode exception not handled

page fault in non paged area

driver attempting to access memory after it has been freed


every time i reboot i get a different one. i am running window 2000 sp4. i hope someone can help me with this.

Sounds like it may be a RAM problem. Have you tried removing/adding different sticks of RAM in different configurations inside of the computer and rebooting?

If one stick is fried the it could mess everything up.

i only have one stick of ram, and i really dont want to buy any new ram until im positive that this is the problem

i tried putting in new ram and i have exactly the same error messages on startup. so what else could it be
