I have 3 svchost.exe's running in the task list 1 in system 1 in local service and 1 in network service. Is this right?

my startup is copied below

I'm tring to find the cause of an unknown program "TRD" running and causing a slow down in shutdown as XP pauses to shut down TRD in c:\progfiles\common....

Any help would be great!

Thanks in advance!

What is that..?
its a legit program.
Ezsp_px, ezSP_Px.exe (Easy Systems Japan Ltd), Background task installed by the
Easy Systems Drag’n Drop CD & DVD writing software.

no problems there.

THANKS! OK just making sure, I have seen mult. svchost's on other peoples scans. Just ruling out possible sources of this TRD problem.

Any thoughts on the TRD program?
