3TB WD Blue Hard-drive question

    I have Windows 7 installed on my 240GB SSD.

    Every time i format the 3TB hard drive, I only get 1.99 TB free.

    I have attached 2 photos of what I get.

    You have 746 GB of unallocated space on your E Drive. You need to delete that partition and extend your drive.

    You probably choose to partition the drive as MBR but you need to use GPT to go above 2TB. Delete the partition and start over.
