I'm not sure I see the 401 evp hijack there, did you change the Homepage?

But you sure have a trojan:

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [systemdrv] ms32sys.exe

It's possible your antivirus deleted the file and simply left the registry entry.

Put a check in that HijackThis scanlog box and these others as well:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = C:\WINNT\system32\searchbar.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = C:\WINNT\system32\search.html

    >> Close all browser Windows and click "fix checked"

Reboot and search for ms32sys.exe and delete it if found. If you get an "access denied" message, you will have to delete it in Safe Mode: shutdown, then press f8 promptly on restart to access the Boot Menu and Safe Mode.

Also if you didn't create these restrictions using Spybot's Immunize function, you should check and remove them as well:

    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present
