404 Ie?

When I go to some websites that work before, I get a 404. The page cannot be found. It's only for a certain URL. I have a cable modem. I told my friends the URL and it works fine for them. What could be the problem??? and no, it doesn't have me blocked and I'm not using a proxy.

 

oh, by the way, it's just when I use IE. I can view the website on AOL just fine.

Maybe it's on the AOL network and can only be viewed with AOL

Looked it up on whois.com and don't appear to be aol.
Also I can ping the IP, but I can't get to the site given in IE either.
