when I initially try to access my Subscribed threads, I always get the 503 error until I refresh the page

I've gotten that a couple of times, dotty. But, mostly not. I'll keep better track...

I'm thinking it's perhaps a Firefox issue as it doesn't happen at work using Int Ex yet happens every time on Firefox

I've been using Firefox for years here, no issues like that for me.

There are several ways to access the subscribed threads.......how are you accessing yours, dotty?

from Quick Links Laura, I know I can access them via my account but I wondered why I was getting this error and if anyone else was getting it too!:)

Does it give you the same error if you access it from your account, or from the "subscribed threads" link at the top of the right hand column from the main index page? Or, from the TSG Firefox extension, if you have that?

I don't have the TSG extension, I will have to try accessing them from other sources another time as it usually only happens when I initially open TSG, it works fine when the page has been refreshed
