550 Administrative prohibition

    Hi all

    I hope somebody can help.

    I am using incredimail as my my client but recently none of my outgoing messages are sent there doesn't appear to be a problem connecting but i get the error

    550 Administrative prohibition

    What is this and how can i rectify it

    There can be several reasons for this error. Some of them include:

    - You use a dynamic IP address for your server and the remote server doesn't like that.
    - Your system is blacklisted on the remote server.
    - The recipient address does not exist on the remote server.
    - The recipient address is malformed.

    Try looking through the various pages on this subject found at Google. One will be your solution.
