Howdy,
I have some video I captured from a DV tape. I can only capture the video at 720x480. I am laying out my video in Adobe Premiere 6.0. I am trying to shrink the resolution down, but when I do it always gets distorted. I have tried 360x240... which is till in the same ratio... yet it gets all distorted when it plays back.
The final video is going to be placed in Flash, so my ultimate goal would be 400x300. Does anyone have any insights they can share with me? I can't figure out how to do it right.
Thanks,
computerpain
