My PC doesn't boot up and it does 9 bips.
It's a HP Compaq Small Pro with:
Motherboard: HP 3047h
2gb ram DDR3
GT 610 1gb DDR3
AMD Phenom II x3 B75 3.00gHz
250gb of storage and that's it.
OS:Windows 7
I would like some help with this problem.

Assuming the beeps occur in groups of three, pausing after each group, it would indicate a change or damage in RAM/HDD/Motherboard.
If you made some recent changes of any hardware then undo them.
Check if the cables that come out of HDD/Disk Drives are properly connected. Do same with the graphics driver.
Check if the CMOS battery is working(Some green/red light would flash beside it in the motherboard).
If you are able to enter the BIOS (using Esc or F10) then restore it to factory defaults. Check the boot order Primary should be the HDD.
Try doing a system recovery/firmware update if you can enter BIOS.
If the BIOS does not start there should be one/two keys in the motherboard. Try resetting them.
