A different croppyin question in Photoshop CS2

    I'm sure this is so basic, but I can't seem to find the answer. How do you crop something that is not a straight line. I've only cropped using squares, rectangles, etc. I need to crop images into a pie shaped piece, and then also need the rounded edges of a complete pie; the outside crust. Help!

    I make those type of crops by using the selection tools and the add to or subtract from selection option to get the shape I want and then I copy and paste to a new image or the image I want that crop/selection to be on.

    The Pen tool can be used to make precise selections as well but I still don't know how to use it very well even though Bert Monroy, a famous PS artist, makes it look as easy as eating cake.
