A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+ Delete to restart..?

    Every time i boot my computer i receive this message, after several restarts my system will load up the windows, n i can use my PC,,, n if i turn on the Pc after some hours same error message again.. have restart my system several times to get it work... What's the problem here... i think it's not hardware problem if it was it wouldn't have booted up my OS after several restarts... Is this something gotta do with registry, after messing with registry i have started to get this message, Is re-installing my Operating System only the solutions... help...

    P.S My computer will boot up normally after i restart it 5 to 6 times...

    Your hard drive is going bad. Backup your data ASAP while you can still read it and then replace it with a new one.
