A free program for ONLY cutting/joining MP3s?

    It happens over and over that I find the need to cut/join MP3s, but the urge normally disappears.

    It also happens that when I ask people what software they would recommend for the job, I get Audacity. I don't want that. Audacity has too many features and buttons and stuff to get used to.

    I specifically want a free program for cutting and/or joining MP3s. Ideally, it'd be simple to use, but I just want to stick to the function for now. If any of you know a free program for what I want, a recommendation would be appreciated.

    Have never tried it so can't vouch for it (in other words use at your own risk) but I have seen it mentioned in here by people who's opinion I trust.
