I cant get my pc to boot to the bios, all I get is a blank monitor everything powers up except the screen display, so I tried putting in a pci video adapter and stilll the same result this board has a on-board vga slot, I disconnected everything and still the same result and suggestion..

The first question is, does the PC actually boot up.
Unless it reaces POST (Power on Self Test) when it gives the standard "beep" the monitor will never work, as the video has not been initialised in the PC.

Simple test - does the Caps Lock light toggle on and off when the CAPS Lock key is pressed? If not, then your problem is not necessarily the video, but a lot deeper. That means the PC is not POSTing.

To everyone that responded thanks alot, anywho yes the pc use to work and then one day it just stopped responding. Now what happens is when i turn it on you can hear all the devices powering up but it never reaches the post, instead it just gives a blank monitor like if the monitor is not hooked up , so I have disconected all devices including ram also i have installed a different power supply and still the same result, and as far as a keyboard is concerned I can even test that, because that acts like its dead too...I even replaced the cpu and still the same result. (Intel Celeron 700mhz)
