    Hi all,

I hope you could help me with this slight problem. I have a PC with two user accounts, in one of the accounts there are an extremely large number of Mp3 files, which are taking up a lot of disc space. This account belongs to my dad, who to regain disc space wants to remove these files. But he has recently suffered from 2 strokes and he cannot remember his password. Is there any way I can remove them via my account.

    Thanks, Wizzkid

If your account is an admin account, then yes, you should be able to access his folders via windows explorer,
If you cannot then you can use the admin account to change his password
