User cannot access their domain this is what they get when they do ipconfig/all:

    Default gateway:
    IP Address:
    Description:Netgear Fast Ethernet Adapter
    Physical Address:00-a0-cc-5f-73-91

what is the problem, is it because the APIPA is a class B and the DNS is a class A. Does the APIPA cause the DNS to not work?

Can they ping the DNS server? The gateway is not defined. Where is the DNS in relation to the network? What type of network connection? Can they get to the internet? More info please.

What is the Subnet Mask? Is it correct for the IP address?
