A Word invoices/reminders template

Hi all,

I spent some time working on a MS Word invoices and reminders template. The main goal was to use the same Word and Excel files for printing different types of letters. The template uses Word field codes and formulas, and is fully documented in the following links (twice the same page):

Another goal of this work was to formalize our needs for a future implementation of the same template in a more convenient way (e.g. PHP and SQL).

I post it here in case it could be interesting for someone. Comments and improvement suggestions are welcome.

One of the remaining problems is how to use a similar document composed of several pages for email sending with Outlook, only the first page having to be sent (which is not a problem for printing).
