    I recently switched from msn to cox high speed and my computer has ran slow ever since sometimes I get knocked off completely and have to turn off the power to reset the modem HELP !!

    If your connection with Cox is cable, it could be you are not getting a strong signal to your modem. Often when you add high speed cable to an already existing cable tv hook-up, the installer does not run new lines. If your house is like mine, I've got spliters everywhere. I finally got a new line .

    Also, you could have a sick modem. Call Cox and ask them to check your system's connection. Hope this helps.
