ABC's of a listserv

    We are using a microsoft exchange server and would like to create an email address that will email all the members of that department (for instance [email protected] would email all the members of the accounts payable departments). Is it necessary to add each email address as a user on the server in the active directory, or is there another way around creating this group email? I am fairly new to working with servers.
