about:blank - can't get rid of it, or comes back

    I have followed the Instructions sheet with all the prerequisites for cleaning. I had over 265 virus'/trogans that I have eliminated, but can't get around these last few.
    A note you should know: When I try to go into any of the Safe Modes, I get a message saying Windows can't for some reason, and I have to instead use the msconfig and choose the Diagnostic mode. But I'm thinking that since I can't run some of these without the Network up (cable modem), I can't seem to really get rid of the culprit.
